Crock Pot Wedensday- Meatball Sub Simmer


Meatball Sub Simmer
Ingredients:
1 jar (26oz) spagetti sauce
1 cup water
36 frozen cooked meatballs (1lb)
6 sandwich buns, partially split
1/2 cup shredded low mositure part skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Mix spagetti sauce and water in slow cooker; sir well. Add meatballs; stir gently until evenly coated. Cover with lid
2. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 Hours (or High for 2 to 4 hours)
3. Fill buns with meatballs and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
