Fruity Peanut Butter Quesidillas
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut butter
6 (7 to 8inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 banana, thinly sliced
nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Spread Peanut Butter evenly over 3 of the tortillas. Top with strawberry and banana slices. Place remaining tortillas over fruit; press down.
2. Heat large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Lightly spray top of 1 quesadillas with nonstick cooking spray. Place sprayed side down in hot skillet; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Spray top of quesadillas with cooking spray, turn quesadillas; cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned and filling is thoroughly heated. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut into wedges
