1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup frozen vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1lb (1/2 of 32oz pkg) frozen bite size seasoned potato nuggets
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat with onion in large skillet, stirring occassionally; drain. Spoon into 2-qt casserole dish
2. Mix soup and milk; pour over meat mixture. Top with layers of vegetables, cheese and potatoes.
3. Bake 45 mins or until potatoes are golden brown with casserole is heated through.
