Mac a Taco
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lean ground hamburger
1 pkg (7-1/4) Macaroni and Cheese dinner
1-1/2 cup water
1/2 cup salsa
8 taco shells
1/2 shredded cheese
1/2 chopped tomatoes
Directions:
1. Brown meat in a large skillet on medium high heat; drain. Add macaroni, salsa, water and cheese sauce mix, mix well and bring to a boil. Cook on medium-low heat for 15minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Spoon into taco shell.
3. Top evenly with shredded cheese and tomatoes.
